Fusco Transportation has a simple business model. We focus on Safety, 100% Service and Customer Access.
Our trucks are being Pre-tripped/Post-tripped twice a day and rigorously maintained by our fleet supervisor, with two layers of defense (Drivers & Driver Managers) against mechanical issues. Currently we have no out-of-service violations to date since 2020.
Our 100% service level is due to three layers of defense (Driver, Driver Manager, General Manager) against service outages or driver call-outs. We have no service outages or OOS violations since our contract started with FedEx 2020.
Our customer access model is simple, we answer the phone and can help with troubleshooting and problem solving at any time of the day 24/7/365. When the calls come in, we have a servant-mentality to develop a strategy to solve the problem at hand. We have doubled the size of our business with FedEx every year since 2020 due to the fact that we are working with the Terminal managers and have developed this reputation. Fusco Transportation currently has 13 drivers, 10 trucks, 10 runs & 50 customer spotted trailers that are picked up daily within Denver Metro.
